Order Cancellations & Returns

Customers that wish to cancel their order and return goods must notify Europe Air Arms in writing (email or letter) within 7 working days of receiving them. Goods must then be returned to Europe Air Arms within 21 days.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are returning goods for any reason other than they are faulty, we ask that you comply with the returns policy above. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. For a refund, items must be unopened and in a saleable condition.

Refund Processing

Once goods have been received and provided they are in an AS SOLD state as determined by Europe Air Arms, a full refund will be issued within 28 days.

Pre-Delivery Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order before delivery must notify Europe Air Arms at their earliest convenience. If goods have already been dispatched, customers may refuse delivery and the goods will be returned to us. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred.

Faulty Goods

If goods become faulty, customers should inform Europe Air Arms immediately in writing and return the items at their own cost for repair or replacement.

In the unlikely event goods are faulty on arrival, customers must notify us within a reasonable time and provide proof that the goods were delivered in that condition. Once confirmed, we will decide the best course of action, which may include:

  • Returning the item for a refund or replacement
  • Reimbursing postage costs
  • Arranging courier collection

Special Order Items

Special Order items or orders requiring a deposit at the time of purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded at any time.
